About Me
YOGA DOESN’T MAKE YOU BEAUTIFUL, IT JUST REVEALS THE BEAUTY ALREADY INHERENT IN YOUR BEING.

My Life’s Purpose:
To inspire people through the healing art of yoga and love to recognize the power inherent in each of us to create and connect to that which serves our hearts.
Meaghan Minogue has been practicing yoga for 12 years and has been teaching since 2007. Her initial training was completed with Don and Amba Stapleton at the Nosara Yoga Institute. It wasn’t until after this 200 hour Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Training, that Meaghan was inspired to teach yoga. The transformation that was taking place was potent and was calling to be shared.
Since then, the coarse of her path was set, that of the heart. Yoga has enabled Meaghan to connect more deeply to the flow of life within her and around her. Her classes are real, they reflect the impermanence in life….the awesome, the hard, the resistance and the joy. She touches on all aspects with a great deal of compassion for oneself. To change the world, we must change our self.
In addition to Meaghan’s yoga practice she has also studied Vipassana Meditation. Vipassana means to see things as they really are. This style of meditation has deeply influenced her relationship to herself, her environment and her teachings.
Meaghan has continued studying since her initial training. Some of her influences have been Elena Brower, Kathryn Budig, Desiree Rumbagh, Coral Brown, Alanna Kaivalya, Ann Greene and Todd Norian, Deb Neubauer to name a few. Meaghan also is now one 59 teachers who have trained with the Yogaslackers in slackline yoga.
Meaghan resides in the mountians of Northern Vermont. Her home studio of West Branch Yoga in Stowe, VT is where you can find her teaching regular classes or officiating weddings as an OM (ordained minister
) when she is not travelling.
